producing these incredible coffees. Over the years I have
consistently been not just impressed but amazed at the
complex but sweet flavor profiles you bring out of the
beans. Roastmaster's Choice in particular
gives a deep dark roast flavor and can be brewed strong with
full body and yet still lack bitterness. For espresso,
Roastmaster's Choice yields thicker and more stable
crema using my home machine than I have encountered in any
coffee shop, anywhere. But it's the flavor that truly sets
your coffee apart from the rest.
I would prefer one shot of Indian River coffee to ten of
the next best. It's that good." |
