The Indian River Coffee® is committed to providing our customers a safe and secure shopping
experience on-line. We are currently using the latest
technology in security on our server, SSS (Secured Socket Layer)
through Thwarte, an industry leader in website security. Rest assured
that all information transmitted to us is encrypted and secure.
You can tell if the security is working by the presence of the Gold
Lock located at the bottom right corner of your browser,
when you are in our Shopping Cart.

What are your shipping charges?
It is our goal to make
your on-line shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Your shipping and handling
charges will be automatically calculated, at time of order, for
all
shipments. Orders are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service,
Priority Mail. Delivery times may vary but, typically you should
receive your order within 2-3 days after shipping. Shipping charges on all international orders
will be confirmed with you by email before your order is actually
shipped.

Do you Guarantee my Satisfaction?
Our coffees, gifts and
other products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction, in
every way. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with
any product you buy from the Indian River Coffee®, return it,
shipping pre-paid, within 10 days, for an exchange or refund of
the original purchase price. We do ask that you please
contact us first,
so we may assist you with your decision. We cannot refund your original shipping costs,
but you will not have to pay shipping charges on the equal exchange
product.

Can I customize my Gift Basket?
All of Indian River
Coffee® Gifts baskets
are custom crafted hand individually, to insure product freshness.
Crafting a basket to your specifications can easily be accomplished
and at a price that you set.

Just let us know the occasion, your budget range, and the quantities
you would like us to quote on. One of our gift designers will either
e-mail a quotation to you, or if you give us your name and phone
